The culture at edapt education is one of servant leadership. We believe in making an impact on our community by taking initiative to meet the needs around us. Education is a basic need at the local, national, and even global level, but developing an effective educational system is complex. However, we are adept at utilizing creativity and innovation to build an educational support network that gives students a chance to reach heights they might have otherwise considered unimaginable. In addition to scholastic support, we feel deep compassion for the extracurricular needs of our clients, students, and community. First, we want to provide a safe space, indiscriminate with respect to race, age, gender, socio-economic status, or educational background because we understand the importance of diversity and inclusion. Additionally, our tutors prioritize patience and accessibility, in order to provide mentorship and guidance that extends further than educational instruction. Furthermore, we understand that clear and consistent communication is a primary need for every parent or guardian. We understand there are even more needs than these.
